- Evaluate clients' current fitness levels, personal goals, and skills.
- Develop personalized training programs for clients.
- Monitor clients' progress.
- Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations for physical activities and the use of exercise equipment.
- Provide clients with information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.
