Hi I hope you are all well. I am Leila and i have been doing yoga for more than 7 years. I like to show to people how amazing yoga is and how it can benefits our mind and body. I focus not only on body and movement but also on our mind and being present.
important thing is to experience the NOW and BIENG through everything and doing Yoga is a good practice for it.
