Hi guys I am Leila and it is more than 7 years that I yoga.
in a friendly environment let us find the stillness within ourselves.
I do Ashtanga Yoga which is a powerful yoga. I do breathing practices and meditation in my course.

I would like to connect with other souls around the world and remind them of their inner power. I like to show to people how amazing yoga is and how it can benefits our mind and body. I focus not only on body and movement but also on our mind and being present.
important thing is to experience the NOW and BIENG through everything and doing Yoga is a good practice for it.
