I am certified/hold a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VTU, India. I have had extensive exposure to various professional environments dealing with different challenges, interacting with team members of different professional, academic, religious and cultural backgrounds. I have developed strong skills in leadership, team work, analytical and critical thinking, problem solving, time management and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I can work independently as well as in a team quite well, under pressure and within tight timelines.
I have gained extensive knowledge and skills in Management and Entrepreneurship, Renewable (Solar) energy, Power Systems, AutoCAD, MATLAB (design and simulation), Power Transmission and Distribution, PLC and SCADA, Control Systems, Machine Design, etc. as my academic courses.
I have worked as Electrical Engineer at SiteG-MTNA, responsible for supervising field engineers, design, planning, implementation, commissioning of various projects, operation and maintenance of all electrical and electronic systems throughout the MTN network. This has helped me build up my professional career and gain extensive practical knowledge and skills in various fields such as: Renewable Energy (Solar Power) systems, Electrical systems, UPS systems, Power Systems, Hybrid systems, Rectifier and inverter systems etc. I have been preparing yearly and quarterly plans and attending meetings with senior management, presenting the plans to them.
I also have worked at Rabia Balkhi University as Instructor where I have developed strong presentation and communication skills in English, Pashto and Dari, strong professional background, interpersonal skills and teaching experience.
I am currently working with Kajaki Power Energy-77 group of Companies, as Hydropower Plant Operation-Electrical Engineer where I have gained extensive knowledge on Hydropower plant, PLC, SCADA and control systems. I have been studying all HEPP electrical drawings, monitoring installation, commissioning and testing of equipment and controlling HEPP operation.
