I have got my B.E in EEE from VTU, India, one of the best universities in India and the world. I have worked as an engineer and as an instructor at Rabia Balkhi Univeristy in Kabul. This means that I have gained extensive professional experience as engineer as well as instructor. Throughout my career, I have faced and worked with people of different background and diverse casts and cultures which has helped me build up very strong communication and teamwork capabilities along with solid management and leadership skills.

I personally believe that the teaching methods incorporated is extremely crucial in transferring one's knowledge, experience and concepts to their target audience. Many methods are available, and each one can be very effective if used properly, depending on the target audiences of different background or age group, or subject of study.

Children are happier if fun and jokes are included in their course content or presentation style whereas adults and young professionals are inclined more towards a more academic and professional presentation styles.

I usually incorporate and use various teaching styles depending upon my audience. I mostly mix lecturing method with demonstrations, practical project implementation, tutorial methods, discussion method and heuristic methods to make sure my students grasp as much of the concepts as possible.

I prefer to involve my students in various practical works, group discussions, project works and many other activities considering their capabilities, age group and comprehension skill.

My main goal is to produce well behaved, well-educated and professionals, and work for a bright and better future.
