I am a textile engineer. I have sound knowledge of analytical mathematics like geometry, trigonometry, algebra, and calculus. I had completed several mathematical courses during my different stages of my education and career life.During my secondary, higher secondary, and bachelor I had gone through extensive courses and got a good result, which will be helpful to carry out success as a tutor. Again, currently in my running Master at Hochschule Niederrehein, I have successfully completed mathematical courses like Accounting and Investment Appraisal. For your kind information, during my student life I had the privilege to work as a home tutor of higher secondary classes. There I had provided classes on mathematics, chemistry, and physics.I had also worked for 2 different companies, where I always had to utilise my analytical potential and mathematical knowledge. For example: in production and manpower calculation, cost calculation, and absentism calculation.
If I want to share my practical knowledge, I can share my teaching strategy with you. My strategy is to tell a short story about the topic, basically how the calculation was invented and who the inventor is. Then tell the subtopics, like what we learn, then one by one through the topic, formula, and an example of each. Finally, go through the main exercise and ask the student to solve it on their own. Then I will help them when they find difficulties. After some days, I create new problems and ask for the answers from the students. Most of the time, students can give good feedback in that way, and they can make a close answer to the problem. In these way, I think students can learn to solve problems in their own.
I think math is the subject in which we have to introduce real-life experience to the junior students. What is the function and how to implement it in our daily lives? So that they can relate it to their real lives and make a solution to the problem. I want to enhance my skills again, as I love to teach people. When people learn something and get a good result, they are always grateful to us, and these give me pleasure in my heart. That's why I always try to teach junior students who have enough curiosity to gain knowledge.
