My name is Tijana and I am very happy to share my exciting VINYASA and YIN YOGA flows to keep your body in shape as well as to unwind often busy mind. Discovering the impact yoga, breath work and meditation had on myself my interest here is to help you do something good for your mind and body. As a professional dancer who for years daily uses their body as a working tool I realize there is so much more we can still discover about ourselves and our bodies which help us get through day in day out. It’s time we honor that. And what an amazing opportunity to do that remotely.
