I am a former Olympic Athlete with over 40 years experience in Endurance Sports. Combined with my own athletic life in Cross-Country Skiing , Triathlon and related sports (Swim, bike, run) I hold a professional certification in Sports massage and injury management as well as specific sports coaching certificates for youth and adults.
I currently coach youth athletics, swimming and cycling in the schools system as well as coach athletes privately.
Training programs are designed to suit the goals and time availability of the athlete.
Progress is monitored through regular meetings and data sharing with appropriate sports training platform in use. Training is flexible but always monitored to ensure best practices and timeliness of the method and intensity applied.
