As a master's student at KIT, I have always valued discipline and manners as tools for success, while also being fun, social, and rewarding efforts. I apply these principles when dealing with children by implementing consistent and fair discipline strategies to promote positive behavior and respect. I provide attentive and compassionate care, and offer support with homework and educational activities to foster learning and development. I efficiently manage daily schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time while maintaining a calm and organized environment. I maintain a safe and secure environment at all times, supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure their well-being. I worked as a teaching assistant in my Old University after graduation. I worked as a tutor for secondary students even when I still was an undergraduate. I'm willing to pass my knowledge and experience to the future generations as the foundation of basics is essential for qualified leaders
