I apply these principles when dealing with children by implementing consistent and fair discipline strategies to promote positive behavior and respect. I provide attentive and compassionate care. I efficiently manage daily schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time while maintaining a calm and organized environment. I maintain a safe and secure environment at all times, supervising children. I worked as a teaching assistant in my old University delivering complex concept and organizing exciting interactions and homework for university students. I also worked as a tutor for secondary students even when was still an undergraduate student.
