Sports development & Nutriton/fitness plans

I've coached youth sports for more than 5 years. Sport has been a passion of mine my whole life. I took many courses at university studying Kinesiology and nutrition. I worked at a sports complex and gym for a few years so this period of work helped me get comfortable teaching proper technique to a wide range of people. I also have a personal training certificate from the states. I take great pride in physical fitness and being the best athlete I can be. I would love to share my knowledge of fitness, athletics, and nutrition to help your performance on the field, court, or in daily life.
