My lessons will begin with getting an understanding of the overall goals of the client. I then would assess fitness levels, nutritional intake, and daily life of the individual. I would plan accordingly to best meet these goals and add a few of my own if needed.
My sports training would depend on the sport, age, and years playing by the individual. But most athletes would benefit from more explosiveness, quicker reactive time, and better cardio/ muscle stamina. I would target these with challenging but fun exercises. A wide range of plyometrics, ball drills, stretching, body weight/ iron weight lifts would help improve target areas listed above. This truly is a passion of mine so every lesson I would be excited to get the workout in with you. I would also work extra to plan nutritional plan for you. I enjoy coaching people to reach beyond thier orginal goals. I look forward to seeing where I can help take you!
