I'm Mansi, from India and living in Germany. I am a yoga alliance certified Yoga teacher with more than a 1000 hrs of training and teaching experience over the past 5 years.
I am also a certified Mindfulness yoga teacher and trained Neurobiologist with Scientific reserch experience.
I offer mixture of traditional practices and Neuroscience to boost Brain and Body health. In a 60 min class I offer Meditation, pranayam and Asan practices for overall health.
