I am a Native English speaker that has travelled and lived in many different countries. My classes emphasise creativity and playfulness as a way of learning, through tools such as music, books and movies that have guided me along the years. With prior experience as a yoga experience, my way of teaching also highlights gentleness, patience and mindfulness.
