I am a professional Personal and Fitness Trainer currently working in Hamburg, where I help clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored training programs. I have extensive experience and education in the fitness field, having studied sport at the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw and completed specialized training in the US at the College of DuPage, where I earned a Personal Trainer certification. I offer both online lessons and in-person sessions in Hamburg, available in English or Polish, combining my expertise in fitness with a passion for helping others live healthier, more active lives.
