I teach English by concepts and purpose, picturing and storytelling,
I always follow word family methods for quick word memorization and repeatedly switching roles for building grammer structures and vocabulary, I try to develop intonation correction through storytelling and pair talking but for indivduals methods varies a little beyond the traditional methods, I keep it smooth by creating a friendly space and become the team member for them, I should resume the meeting by all the time follow up question moment interaction and gaining individual's attention in real time.
