I hold a PhD from University of Wuppertal, an MBA from University of Bradford (UK), an honors degree in IBA from University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden (Germany) and University of West London (UK), and an outstanding degree in German Philology from LMU in Munich (Germany). In addition, I hold several certifications in international business and management studies (e.g., Digital Marketing, PM and Social Media Manager). I am an experienced executive consultant specialized in international marketing and digital CRM, digital transformation, ICT and business project management. In the last 25 years, I worked among others on international projects and consulted organisations (such as SAP AG, German Telecom, Vodafone, AEG Electrolux, LEO Pharma, WestLB, etc.) in different European countries, USA and the Middle East on the improvement of their business strategy, marketing and sales, and CRM capabilities—I managed and dealt with more than 50 international management and ICT projects. I have worked for businesses in Europe, UAE and the UK including SAP AG, IDS Scheer, and Axon Global. I am a visiting lecturer and supervisor (master and bachelor level) at different German international well-known private universities and business schools teaching digital CRM, digital transformation, international (digital) marketing, business development, and strategic management among others. These are University of Applied Sciences Europe, International School of Management, FOM University, HS-Fresenius, etc. I am a real international lecturer with proven lecturing/teaching qualities illustrating the ability to relate, motivate and teach culturally diverse students across a variety of programs (i.e. at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive level). I have the experience and ability to teach, supervise and assess challenging students from diverse cultural backgrounds at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive level, including but not limited to students from Germany, UK, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Ukraine, Turkey, China, Thailand, India, Iran and Russia. My teaching philosophy reflects my interests in interactive, co-operative and collaborative lectureship. Instead of the "full-frontal teaching" method of large lectures or autocratic seminars, I prefer student-centered teaching that encourages learning by both students and teachers.
