My path as a preschool and kindergarten teacher, but also as a theater teacher, has been one full of passion and determination. After graduating from the pedagogical high school specializing in education, I had the opportunity to work for a year in a private school, where I gained my first experiences in teaching preschool children. But my desire to explore and develop as an educator did not stop there. I decided to also follow the pedagogical module at the university for another 3 years, in order to obtain the necessary qualification to teach at the high school level as well. This approach gave me a broader perspective on the educational process and allowed me to diversify my competences in the field of pedagogy. During all this time, I continued to develop my passion for theater and chose to specialize as a theater teacher as well. This choice brought an artistic and creative dimension to my work with children, giving them the opportunity to develop their imagination, communication skills and self-confidence through performing arts. My 8-year teaching career has taught me a lot about children's needs and how they can be helped to develop harmoniously and discover their potential. I learned to be an attentive listener, to adapt teaching methods according to the particularities of each child and to offer them a safe and stimulating environment for learning.
