I use differentiated instruction, which is the idea of creating tailored education plans for students based on differing needs with a mix of lecture-based learning, depending on the age group and type of assignment or scope of lesson.
I always use visual cues, ludic and dynamic way to acquire knowledge with minimum effort and maximum engagement.
Employing technology in the classroom to make teaching processes more efficient and aid in student learning is a successful approach as it makes it more exciting and memorable for students.
For essays and projects, such as coursework, using inquiry-based learning promotes the idea of learning by investigation, where students can complete projects, ask questions and find answers by themselves. The goal is for students to solve problems and discover information on their own which imprints the process and knowledge acquire along the way in the mind of the student.
For younger students employing: drawing, acting, reading out loud, building, debating, association, etc. are highly efficient ways of learning a language.
