I began teaching as a way to help a friend, and from that moment, I fell in love with it. It was such a fulfilling experience that I decided to pursue it further. My educational journey started with a degree in Translation and Interpreting, which I chose to deepen my language skills and expand my understanding of communication across different cultures. However, I wanted to refine my teaching skills as well, so I went on to complete a Master's degree in Teaching.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various educational settings. I’ve taught as a private tutor and in schools, gaining a rich and diverse experience in helping students of all ages and backgrounds. Currently, I am living in Germany, where I get to share not only my passion for languages but also my culture with others. It’s truly a rewarding experience to help people connect with new languages and ideas, and I strive to make every lesson engaging and meaningful.
When you choose to learn with me, you will be learning from a native teacher with deep experience across all levels. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, I will tailor the lessons to suit your needs and abilities.
I am always seeking to stay on top of new educational methodologies and technologies, as I believe in the importance of ongoing professional development. My focus is on fostering an inclusive environment that takes diversity into account and incorporates a range of teaching techniques. Technology plays an important role in my lessons, as I aim to keep them engaging, modern, and relevant to today’s world.
Here’s how a typical lesson might look:
1. We start by discussing the news or something relevant that you’re interested in. This helps you engage with current events and practice speaking naturally.
2. We talk about what you did last week or any topic that allows for real-life conversational practice.
3. Then, we dive into the main topic of the lesson: grammar, description of images, or even simulating scenes to help you apply what you’re learning in real-world contexts.
4. I give you personalized feedback on what you're doing well and areas for improvement, so that you can continuously progress.
Here are my pricing options:
- Individual lessons: 35€ per student.
- Small group lessons (2-3 students): 20€ per student.
- Group classes: The price for these can be negotiated based on the size and structure of the group.
I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your language-learning goals!
