spanish teacher for all age levels

I am an experienced English and Spanish teacher. I have been working with students of different ages who are between 3-55 years old. I believe that a teacher must be eligible to give lessons to all students without choosing their age, sex, race, religion. Because my job is to share knowledge and guidance which are international norms for all mankind. I also believe that a teacher must be flexible. We may be teaching the same topics but we are teaching to different students. For this reason every lesson is different. Teachers must follow different strategies for each student. That is what makes each lesson different and a teacher flexible. As teachers, we are not only responsible to give knowledge to our students, but also we are responsible to understand our students’ needs. That is very important because if we understand them properly then we can use the perfect teaching strategy for them. Apart from being teacher of our students, we should also be their friends. Because we must make them love our class. If we can achieve this, students will be more eager to learn. It is also teacher’s responsibility to create a positive atmosphere for students. It is very important for young learners. If we make young learners love our class, we can seed our class in their hearts which makes them to remember our classes in the future and continue learning in this area. When the teacher provides all these with the class discipline, achievement will be very near. In my teaching years I follow these rules and I become successful and I see the results in my students. And from my experiences I believe that I can continue my achievements in your institution since I believe it is the perfect teaching environment for me.
