The modern learning methods require the learner-centred and activity-based approaches that enable the students to be fully involved in the given curriculum. My philosophy to educate students in a learning environment focuses more on learning by doing. This method has been widely used nowadays in many international curricula which had productive results in educating the young generation.

Using modern methods, I will apply strategies and techniques to the students to involve them through learning by doing. That means, using my experience and skills, I will create a learning environment in which students are more involved with both theory and practical learning materials. I focus more and enable creativity in the students by enhancing their personal abilities, skills, and thinking. Of course, prior observation would be needed to assess the student’s overall capacity. The observation process would apply certain online, or paper-based questionnaires which will help in observing the student’s capacity.

Further, students will follow the regular schedule and timebound learning curriculum which is evaluated on a routine basis. The learning environment will be attractive, inspiring, motivational, and friendly to encourage the students to perform better.

I am a young, energetic, experienced, and responsible person. While I have been working with International NGOs in Afghanistan and implementing projects. In between I have more than 4 years of teaching experience for beginners and elementary students in private language schools in Afghanistan where I teach English to girls and boys. Meanwhile, I had the honour of providing online English classes to private school students after the collapse of my country by the terrorist group (Taliban). Through online platforms, I was able to educate deprived girls and boys in Afghanistan to learn English.

I graduated from Turin University in Italy in 2017 and completed my masters degree there in Management and Development studies.
