I love to teach using handson experience. I believe that what is learned through experience won't be forgotten easily. Besides, I gained experience in GIS and image processing software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, ERDAS Imagine, IDRISI Selva, ENVI, PCI-Geomatica, eCognition, and Guidostoolbox, etc. by attending academic and online courses. I have handout experience in working with Landsat and Sentinel images and am also familiar with spatial analysis, spatial query, model building, etc. I would love to provide a basic knowledge on the Geographical Information System (GIS) softwares.

Most of the data are tagged with location. I want to give the kids how to think spatially. Spatial knowledge will come through different processes. Such as:
1. Knowledge about the coordinate systems
2. How to solve the navigation problems using coordinate systems
3. How to look into the stars based on the coordinate systems
4. Satellite imagery and their values
5. Different types of geo-data
6. Geographical Information System (GIS) basic ideas
7. Handson exercises on QGIS
8. A basic idea on remote sensing
9. Extraterrital Planets

Those are the basic contents I am thinking about. Besides, the rest of the contents depends on the budgets and relievence to the age group.

I was the founding General Secretary of Copernicus Astronomical Memorial of SUST (). Later, I served as a President in the second committee. Our goal was to practice the knowledge of astronomy and make the school and college going children curious about it. As part of my post, I had to did public speaking in different school programs and in carnivals.
