On my lessons we always start reviewing what we have done in the lesson before, looking for miss-concepts and misunderstandings of the students. After we can have an activity that will give content, such as a small video or an explanation followed by activities to consolidate the knowledge. The communication is the base of the lesson, students are encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in their learning process. I adapt the lessons to the different levels and competences of the students, preparing different material for each person.
