I teach as per the requirement of students. If they are school-going, I plan my classes as per their school requirement and keep them engaged and get them to like the language learning process. With high school students or adults, I do the same. I customise my classes as per their need, keeping in mind that they must find they learning activity fun and enjoyable and learn the language such that they retain the rules in mind, wanting to always use the language and not just to clear an exam.
