As an educator, I strongly believe in tailoring my teaching style to meet the individual needs of each student. I always make sure to have a clear conversation with my students about their expectations and goals, and I work with them to create clear timelines and achievable milestones. Regular follow ups and progress check-ins are a must, as these help me to understand where each student is at and what areas we need to focus on moving forward. Patience is key, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where there are no wrong questions and no limit on how many times a question can be asked. Through this approach, I have seen tremendous growth and success in my students, and I am proud to be a part of their journey.
