Me as a person is highly motivated and a quick learner. I would try my best to break down the matters into smaller pieces and then explain it to the students. I mainly focus on Quality management, Technical Training and Training for managers for skill upgradation. I have a good experience in the Training field from my previous work experience. That led me to pursue my master's degree in training and development.
