I have experience teaching English in both formal and informal settings. I previously worked as an English tutor, focusing on improving students' communication skills, grammar, and vocabulary. My experience also includes tutoring children during my time caring for a group of kids, where I integrated language learning into daily activities, making it fun and engaging. Recently, I applied for a position as an online English teacher, preparing lessons that cater to various age groups and proficiency levels.

My subject knowledge is rooted in a 12-year study of English, supported by a degree in cultural studies. This background gives me a deeper understanding of the language in various contexts, including literature, culture, and communication. I have a strong command of English grammar and phonetics, which allows me to provide accurate and clear explanations. Additionally, I speak German at an A2 level, which helps me understand the challenges of learning a new language from the learner's perspective.

I emphasize positive reinforcement with phrases like "Well done" and "Bravo" to build confidence. For older students, I focus on practical communication skills, tailored to their interests and needs. I use real-life examples, role-playing, and multimedia resources to enhance learning and ensure that my lessons are both enjoyable and effective. My goal is to create a positive, engaging environment that motivates students to achieve their best.
