With over one year of teaching experience and a Master's Degree in English (Literature), my lessons combine techniques from academic and practical interaction with students. My academic expertise has led me to create an environment that enhances their social and personal growth.
1. Teaching Methods:
For a teacher, it is important to know the overall standing of students. By identifying it, it is then possible to pursue such a methodology that works best for their learning skills. I employ both traditional and modern techniques in enhancing learning outcomes. Using visual tools and real-life practice, I encourage my students to participate in discussions actively and openly. Moreover, for their understanding, I try to teach complex topics step by step. A teacher needs to keep students engaged throughout a lesson, so for this purpose, I conduct practice tests, writing, and speaking practice to improve comprehension and learning. The students are also given time to think and probe into questions to foster critical thinking.
2. Content:
Based on the proficiency of students, I deliver lessons that cover topics such as English grammar and vocabulary, reading skills, writing skills, listening skills, speaking skills, literary analysis including themes, characters, genre, etc, and academic writing such as proposal writing, thesis or other projects.
3. Classroom Dynamics:
With a positive attitude in a classroom setting, I foster a learning environment where students can explore and share their ideas by actively participating in classroom activities. Moreover, this is followed by constructive feedback for their future betterment.
4. Teaching Experience:
My work experience is both at the university level and school level, which has led me to polish my work experience and overall competency. At university, I taught them undergraduate courses and got them acquainted with research methodologies. The courses were centered on English Language and Literature. Working at the school level, was a different environment where I taught them basic English language skills, grammar, vocabulary etc.
In addition to this, my personal interest, research articles, and thesis in Shakespearean Studies enriched the depth of teaching literature.

My interest in both traditional and modern techniques is what makes me an expert in creating such an environment for students where they not only learn but also work on their social and personal skills. Whether the goal is to teach, work on projects, or other academic interests, I try to meet and exceed expectations.
