My lessons are designed to be engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I believe in creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow.

I use a variety of methods to keep lessons dynamic and effective:

Conversational Practice: I encourage students to engage in regular conversations to improve fluency and confidence. This helps in developing natural speaking skills.

Grammar and Vocabulary Building: I provide structured grammar exercises and vocabulary expansion activities, ensuring that students grasp the fundamentals and can apply them in real-world contexts.

Reading and Comprehension: I incorporate reading passages that match the student’s level, followed by comprehension questions and discussions to improve understanding and analytical thinking.

Writing Exercises: Whether it’s short essays or creative writing, I guide students through writing tasks to enhance their grammar, structure, and expression.

Test and Exam Preparation: For students preparing for exams, I create practice tests, review strategies, and focus on areas that need improvement.

The content of each lesson is carefully selected based on the student’s proficiency level and goals. For beginners, we focus on building a solid foundation of basic vocabulary, common phrases, and simple sentence structures. For more advanced students, the content includes complex grammar structures, academic writing, and business communication.

I maintain an open and interactive classroom environment where students are encouraged to actively participate. I believe in two-way communication, so my students’ feedback is always considered to adjust the pace and focus of lessons. Each session is designed to be engaging, with plenty of opportunities for practice, discussion, and feedback.

With 4 months of experience as an English teaching intern in Chennai, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, each with different learning styles. I’ve adapted my teaching approach to meet their unique needs, whether through one-on-one tutoring or group sessions. This experience has helped me develop the skills to create a supportive, effective, and motivating learning environment.
