Owing to my numerous years in the field of teaching, I find myself capable enough to venture into various other dimensions of the same. During my tenure, I have not only gained valuable experience in the field of education but also learned numerous skills, acquired knowledge, and shared best practices. I got the best opportunity to teach from a pre schooler to an adult During my tenure of three decades of teaching and administration, I underwent various In-house training, attended many workshops as a part of professional development. These training and workshops have given me in-depth knowledge, better insight, and a great amount of understanding of various pedagogies and other crucial aspects of teaching. Besides, I played multifaceted roles such as a ‘ Counsellor’, Principal, Head Teacher Trainer, Academic Advisor, ‘Senior Teacher for DEP’ and Language Consultant for Koreans’( H.E.L.P. Academy). These versatile roles inspired me to pursue various courses like Certificate course in German language, Diploma in Montessori Method of teaching, CELTA. After qualifying the CELTA course, I got an opportunity to utilize my skills through DEP (Spoken English project) an initiative of Delhi Government to improve spoken English of young learners (in the age group of 15-16 years) in the Govt. schools of Delhi. It turned out to be the most rewarding & fulfilling experience. I would like to involve myself with projects that work on improving teaching - learning processes for school, colleges and professionals, incorporating innovative and improvised teaching learning materials and integrating it with relevant and updated evaluation system .I wish to extend all of my obtained knowledge and skills
