I ensure equal participation within the students as well as i encourage the students to take part in the class, i ensure an open field of learning with no embarrassment, i give out small rewards for good participation, inform the class at least a day before starting a new chapter, i try to include all methods of teaching if my main one didn't work with the students, giving interesting bits of homework, i allow open book quizzes and discussions.

I Focus mostly on (TBLT) method
It solely focused on completion of a detailed task which interests and engages the students. They use the skills that they already have to complete the task and work through three distinct phases - a pre-task, the task itself and post-task.

Students might, for example, be asked to deliver a presentation about an important environmental issue. In order to complete it, they will need to read / listen to source material, conduct internet research, as well as writing and delivering the presentation itself.

Teachers don’t discriminate among their students. For a teacher, every student is full of potentials to succeed.

Everyone who remembers his own education remembers teachers, not methods and techniques. The teacher is the heart of the educational system.
