I believe each student is unique, and has unique ways of learning that resonate with their own style. My attention to each student is tailored as per the student's needs - which I understand in the first few classes.
Based on the skill level/experience of the student, I offer a default trajectory or a plan to develop illustration skills and the overall 'visual sense', however, we often adjust it dynamically as per the learning needs of the student in the moment, as the classes progress.
My classes are fun, very relevant with day-to-day examples and very hands-on. I believe learning comes naturally when one enjoys the craft - so most of my efforts and approach is towards helping you enjoy the craft - by removing any fears around it, showing you the techniques, and guiding you along the way, building confidence step by step. That's my pedagogical philosophy when it comes to art and illustration.
