I would describe myself as a positive, energetic, knowledgeable, and industrious teacher. I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities. I would also say that I am a high-achieving teacher. I use three teaching styles Directing, Discussing, and Delegating. I generally structure my classes to include using some amount of each style. However, during the first part of the semester, I primarily use the directing style. In the middle part of a semester, I more frequently use a discussing style. Develop and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans for a diverse group of students, resulting in 20% improvement in student performance. My teaching experience combines developed skills, exposure, and training that helps you do your current work more effectively and prepares you for a teaching position. It typically involves working with students or groups to facilitate their learning.
