I am a bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration major in Financial Management. Has an experience with financial institution, Hospital industry and BPO / Information technology and services industry. Skilled in financial analysis, business analysis, databases, team work, data entry, quality assurance audit and management. Has expertise in Microsoft offices as well.

My last BPO experience was in the Philippines. I am experienced in Account and Opportunity Management audit. Responsible for auditing and verifying the compliance of functional processes in Business Unit (BU) to ensure alignment to the CGI Management Foundation. Skilled in identifying areas of improvement, key positiveness and recommendations to the BUs being audited.

Furthermore, having an A1 level of proficiency in the German language, I was fortunate to be hired at McDonald's in Nidda as a cashier. From there, I learned to express myself more in German.
