So far my experience in teaching has been positive, aimed at high school kids. I select a topic based on the shortcoming of the student and we study according to the pace the student can keep up with. Depending on the grasping power of the student as well as memory, I will take on more difficult topics. I prepare the topic myself in advance, make notes on what to emphasize in the lecture and where I should I ask questions. Depending upon this, I prepare the next lecture. I try to make as interactive as possible by using good presentations and addressing the students doubts. I will create an atmosphere where a student will not feel hesitant to ask any questions and would help in gaining the confidence to speak the language fluently.
