Whist working in Hotel industry, I used to teach hundreds of new workers, create manuals, educational plans, individual approach to different people depending on their individuality. Basically its 7 years of private tutoring with students who had completely different age, talent, motivation and experience. I also used to teach Marketing remotely for 6 years. My mother is a Phd teacher so I also know a lot a lot about both basic and advanced educational planning, like planning individual lessons with short term goals and creating a study plan for a whole term with the sequence of topics in order to achieve specific goals which would make students pass the exam and basically reach the destination of the specific subject. I speak 5 languages and I learned them all by myself, so I want to change the old fashioned innovation system and demonstrate multiple innovative things to teach different things.
