I have been a teacher most of my life from teaching second grade, being a medical representative for Bayer Healthcare for 8 years and now running my own business where I teach children from the ages of 1 - 6 years old about music and movement.

I am strict and professional. My teaching style is personalized and I facilitate learning and encourage students to take an active role in their learning experience.

I have a teaching degree where I majored in English, History and Sociology. My second language is Afrikaans, of which I studied at North-West University in South Africa.

I love the English language and now that English is the 'lingua franca' of our modern day society it excites me to be able to share my knowledge of this beautiful language with those who need a greater understanding of it.

I am calm, patient, strict and fun and look forward to teaching students from all walks of life and impart my knowledge to them.
