Many people believe that learning a language involves memorizing words and understanding grammar. However, this is not the most effective way to learn, especially since children do not learn a language this way. In fact, no human being learns this way. We learn through emotions and socialization.

In my classes, my goal is for students to learn Spanish through emotions. As human beings, what we remember most are the images that connect with our emotions. That is why we do not forget a loved one who has passed away, our first love, or the first experiences we lived in childhood.

For this reason, in my classes I seek to have students acquire, process, and apply Spanish in a deeper and more meaningful way."
