I have a solid foundation in the field of English language education, supported by both my academic background and extensive practical experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Herat, Afghanistan, where I gained a deep understanding of English language structure, literature, and teaching methodologies. This academic training provided me with a comprehensive knowledge of grammar, phonetics, and advanced communication skills, which have been essential in my teaching career.
Professionally, I have worked as an English teacher at various educational institutions, including the Ghor Higher Education Institute and Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in Afghanistan. In these roles, I taught a wide range of subjects such as English reading, writing, speaking, and listening, as well as specialized topics like literature, phonetics, and methodology. I developed tailored lesson plans, implemented engaging teaching techniques, and regularly assessed students' progress through quizzes and research assignments. My ability to adapt my teaching methods to different proficiency levels ensured that my students improved their language skills effectively.
