I teach well prepared courses.
I prepare the curricula and coordinate the courses, alignment of teaching content, exams, students instruction.
I like teaching while using real-life examples, for example in chemistry courses, I explain the application of organic synthesis of polymers and their applications, for instance polypropylene is made up of propylene monomers and they are used in plastic industry.
My strategy focuses on the idea rotation in different styles till all students capture the idea as not all students have the same way of understanding.
