English tutor who will help students be fluent and accurate in speaking English

I do not really have any tutoring experience for older students as such but I have taught children aged between 5-12 years. My way of teaching is very much based on interactions. First I discuss the application of grammatical tools and examples. Then I ask them to do some "fill in the blanks" and once in a while organize spontaneous elocuation to develop fluency and comfort with speaking English.
