Yoga Teacher : Strength, Focus & Flexibility/ teaching in English

Hi my name is Lena, I’m excited to submit my application for the position of Yoga Teacher. With a background in painting and a passion for holistic wellness, I bring a unique blend of creativity and mindfulness to my yoga practice. My passion for yoga began at the age of 16, inspired by the lectures of the renowned Buddhist philosopher Alan Watts. His teachings sparked a deep interest in spiritual practices, leading me to immerse myself in books, lectures, and various forms of spiritual exploration. Initially drawn to the philosophical aspects, I eventually embraced the physical practice of yoga, finding a profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. This journey has continually brought me back to yoga, enriching my life both on and off the mat. My yoga practice is founded on the belief that yoga is practiced 80% off the mat and 20% on the mat. I strive to instil this philosophy in others, encouraging them to integrate mindfulness and yoga principles into their daily lives for a balanced and fulfilling existence. My teaching styles: Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa flow Power Yoga, Yin Yoga.
