Previously, as a QA Engineer at Rewterz, I specialized in manual & automated testing (Postman, Cypress) and led a QA team to optimize testing workflows.

Beyond my professional role, I have a strong research background and have published a research paper titled "Medical Assistant Chatbot: Urdu Text Sentiment Analysis", focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI-driven healthcare solutions.
