Japanese language private tutoring - all language proficiency levels with experienced Japanese MEXT scholarship student

Hello.

My name is Jakub Jakacki. I am a recipient of a five-year Japanese government scholarship (MEXT) and a graduate of both the Tokyo University of Foreign Languages and the University of Tsukuba in Japan, majoring in Applied Linguistics. I am currently continuing my studies and research at the Institute of Oriental Studies at the University of Zurich.

I am JLPT N1 certified and have extensive experience teaching Japanese at various levels.

My online classes aim to introduce students to the Japanese communication skills necessary for both professional and academic settings, as well as daily life situations. Course content spans all levels of Japanese language proficiency, from beginner (JLPT N5) to advanced (JLPT N1), covering four skills: reading comprehension「読解」, listening comprehension「聴解」, written expression「文章表現」, and oral expression「口頭表現」. The emphasis is on the sociocultural contextualization of Japanese language use within the framework of Japan-specific ethics and the honorific system.

The course of study is modeled after actual classes conducted at the Japanese Language Program of Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (全学日本語プログラム, JLPTUFS) and utilizes original JPLANG-certified materials.
