I like to explain the problem in an intuitive way so that the students understand the concepts at play. My philosophy is that understanding the problem is half of the solution. I make sure students can clearly see what the problem is asking for and have the required knowledge to tackle it hands on.
I have teaching experience both online due to online semester caused by the covid pandemic, qnd also in person tutorials. Both of which I had good feedback and healthy discussions about the topic at hand with students.
The contents of my teaching are inline with the required course material and I do like tk sometimes take inspiration from other disciplines if I feel it would make a great analogy for better understanding.
My teaching dynamic is mainly having back and fourth questioning with students. So it's more of like we try to think and learn together instead of one person just speaking the entire time while the other gets board. I make sure that students start to question their own ways of solving problems and also show that there can be not one but many different ways to tackle problems. The never giving up mentality. And even when all ways have shown no results I like to share that reaching out for help is always an option. As we are all human beings and require support through all stages of life.
And I always try my best to make learning and problem solving fun for everyone.
