Teaching is a planned event that begins with lesson planning of the learning situations or unit of instruction. The learner's age and experience are also considered to utilise suitable teaching and learning approaches, e.g. presentation-practice-production. Again, methods such as realia and total physical response come in handy for younger children. However, flashcards and images would be a better method for adolescent learners. The teaching experience should be delivered from known to unknown because it helps the learner's reflection and motivation by using videos and animation, charts for younger children, and alphabet word, word and sentence chains for adolescent learners to eliminate boredom. Intermittently, using warmers, fillers, and coolers add spice and a sense of co-creation of knowledge among the learners helping them to relax and be better insightful.
