First fall i see the student who is weak in English then i can share with him so many thinks with him so he can easily understand what am i trying to do then . Start with basic English knowledge that's make me i can tech them as well as possible. I also manage there behavior and other discipline. I know how can handle a student what actually need for him . I have 3 years off experience of a English teacher an a home tituor.they learn quickly as soon as possible.
