I’ve always had a passion for teaching. The beauty of it is that you also learn in the process of teaching since your learners are diverse. Each learner has their unique abilities. I always allow learners to be themselves and make mistakes. This leaves no room for intimidation if one makes a mistake or is slow in learning a concept. If my students are not able to understand a particular concept I’m always ready to adapt a new teaching method to explain the concept. My simple philosophy is; to teach my students how to learn and not simply what to learn.
