Hello, I’m Mel, your new online English tutor. In my more than 7 years of online & face2face teaching experience I have helped many adult professionals, children and higher education students improve their English. I can be described as a friendly, patient , communicative person who students choose to have regular lessons with.

I have a degree in primary school education, TEFL & Preply certificate, as well as C2 language cartificstes by the Michigan University and the University of Cambridge.

I am confident in exam preparation for English language certificates such as IELTS , TOEFL , TOEIC , ECCE, ECPE, FCE, CPE. I offer a large variety of preparation material and can propose a list of good coursebooks to supplement it.

My conversational classes are well organized based on the hands-on experience I have gathered over the years. In the lessons the student is exposed to a variety of speaking prompts like videos, images and texts to spark the discussion. Vocabulary, phrases , idioms etc. are noted, worked on and revised!
